Is this your next challenge in Security? 

The challenge is to: 

• Oversee and ensure the smooth operations of the security aspect of the entire office
• Provide courteous, professional and efficient service at all times 
• Performs daily reviews of CCTV live and recorded video and submits daily reports
• Maintains security related equipment, procedures and facilities
• Identify potential risk issues and liability factors and respond to emergencies and provide necessary assistance 
• Coordinate ongoing ad-hoc patrols of the offices
• Protect the company's assets from theft, assault, fire, and other risks
• Assists in operating and ensuring maintenance of the security technical systems
• Perform other duties and special tasks as assigned
• Manage and control the access of security system
• Provide administrative support in need.

Do you have experience in Security? 

• At least 2-year experience in security industry, experience in office security is an advantage
• Holder of valid Security Personnel Permit 
• Holder of a First-aid certificate
• Valid Certifications in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), and Automated External Defibrillation (AED) training are highly preferred.
• High level of integrity and independence
• Service oriented, good interpersonal skills, effective communication skills and problem-solving skills
• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
• Proficient in MS Words, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
