The challenge is to:
- Oversee and ensure the smooth operations of the security aspect of the entire office
- Provide courteous, professional and efficient service at all times
- Performs daily reviews of CCTV live and recorded video and submits daily reports
- Maintains security related equipment, procedures and facilities
- Identify potential risk issues and liability factors and respond to emergencies and provide necessary assistance
- Coordinate ongoing ad-hoc patrols of the offices
- Protect the company's assets from theft, assault, fire, and other risks
- Assists in operating and ensuring maintenance of the security technical systems
- Perform other duties and special tasks as assigned
- Manage and control the access of security system
- Provide administrative support in need.
Do you have experience in Security?
- At least 2-year experience in security industry, experience in office security is an advantage
- Holder of valid Security Personnel Permit
- Holder of a First-aid certificate
- Valid Certifications in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), and Automated External Defibrillation (AED) training are highly preferred.
- High level of integrity and independence
- Service oriented, good interpersonal skills, effective communication skills and problem-solving skills
- Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
- Proficient in MS Words, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
