Is this your next challenge in yuu Rewards?
The challenge is to:
- Support timely and accurate execution of campaigns, messaging, offers and rewards, work with our martech stack including Salesforce Marketing Cloud for the implementation
- Ensure campaign creatives, copy and offer/rewards content is received and set up on time, campaigns are deployed in line with strategy
- Follow daily operation procedures and track multiple campaigns' progress
Do you have experience in CRM Operations?
- Studying bachelor degree in Business, Marketing or related disciplines
- Team player with good interpersonal skills
- Creative, adaptable, high learning agility
- With technical knowledge to improve current work practice will be an advantage
- Strong Presentation and Communication skills would be looked upon favorably
- Strong command of English; additional language capability will be utilized for some dedicated clients
- Detail-oriented, self-starter, willing to learn new toolsets and a quick learner
- Strong in Microsoft Offices, i.e. excel, word, power point etc.
