Is this your next challenge in People & Culture?

The challenge is to:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date team members records and HR databases 
• Assist in onboarding new team members, including preparing salary proposal, handling new hire document, and conducting orientation sessions
• Support Wellness Committe in engagement initiatives, such as organizing wellness activities 
• Provide support for the Office Restack Project
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and exercise professionalism in handling team member data
 

Do you have experience in Human Resources / Administration?

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws is a plus
