We are seeking a skilled and experienced Reward Manager with strong analytical skills. This individual will drive impactful change through reward programs, using data-driven insights to motivate team members to excel. Additionally, they will foster a culture of recognition and excellence by implementing effective reward strategies that are supported by thorough analysis and evaluation.

 

The challenge is to:

  • Develop, review, and implement reward programs beyond salary benchmarking and benefit reviews to foster a culture of recognition and appreciation
  • Play an active role in the annual salary review process and design incentive and reward processes that align with employee contributions
  • Lead market survey initiatives to assess the competitiveness of salary packages and ensure attractiveness and competitiveness in the talent market
  • Prepare compelling compensation package proposals for internal mobility and new hires to attract and retain top talent
  • Review and update reward policies to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and maintain a fair and legally compliant reward framework
  • Deliver trusted and practical advice to the businesses on reward strategies
  •  

Do you have experience in Rewards?

  • Bachelor’s degree in related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years' of experience in Reward or related practices
  • Analytical with ability to solve complex problems
  • Strong sense of governance in a matrixed environment
  • Strong communication, influencing and collaboration skills
  • Growth mindset with keen interest to drive improvements
