E-commerce strategy and Driving E-Commerce Growth
Support the team to implement the e-commerce strategy in alignment with 7-Eleven’s business objectives.
Stay updated on industry and competitor best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align online activities and promotions with overarching business objectives.
Online Platforms Management & Site operations
Manage content on our online platforms, including the website, APP, and Quick Commerce platforms. Ensure the accuracy and relevance of content, including product descriptions and imagery, and explore strategies to enhance search visibility and conversion rates.
Regularly update product information, pricing, images, and promotions on our E-Commerce platforms.
Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure smooth platform operation. Monitor and optimise platform performance.
Follow up on customer service and operational issues with relevant stakeholders
Digital Marketing and Promotions
Support on executing digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and boost sales.
Analyse campaign performance and customer behaviour data for optimization.
Engage in day-to-day promotion planning with quick commerce platforms key account managers.
Reporting
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on e-commerce sales and operational performance.
Monitor and analyse marketplace metrics, sales trends, and customer experience enhancements to optimize strategies.
Asist in planning, organising, and executing digital projects, including monitoring timeline, coordinating resources, and monitoring progress for on time delivery.
Do you have experience in e-commerce/marketplace management?
Previous experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, or related roles is preferred.
Resourceful in finding new ways and approaches to solve problems.
Meticulous with strong attention to details.
Team player with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
