Is this your next project challenge?
- Coordinate a large scale office renovation project
- Manage the tendering process for major and minor projects for multiple brands and evaluate these on a tight time frames
- Provide regular reporting and presentations on project progress to Facilities Management team and business leaders
- Build, maintain and present project WIP reports
- Handle internal and external stakeholders daily
Do you have experience in project management?
- Proven experience in fit out and retail projects
- Ability to handle multiple projects and high levels of pressure
- Able to Scope, run and evaluate tenders
- Able to communicate well in English and provide weekly presentation/project updates
- Experience in multi-vendor/stakeholder project management
- Confident in dealing directly with internal and external partners
- Able to work on site and verify contractor’s work
