To operate machines in a GMP. To minimize breakdown & damage, food safety risk, health & safety risk.
To execute meat processing in GMP standard, including processing step control, texture management, meat yielding, filling and marinate mixture control, packing step control, packing display management, product specification standard control
To ensure all products qualities achieve the specification and maintain the working environment is up to hygiene standard
To ensure safety of work area and machinery
Other duties as assigned from time to time
Do you have experience in food industry?
HKDSE or Higher Diploma or above
Minimum 2 years of work experience in meat production
Basic supervisory experience
Good command of both written & spoken English
Other Information
Working Hours: 7:00am to 4:00pm OR 9:00am to 5:45pm, 5.5 Days per week
Work Location: Tseung Kwan O
Free shuttle service will be provided at Tuen Mun, Kwai Chung, Shatin, Wong Tai Sin, Kwun Tong, Causeway Bay, North Point and Aberdeen to facilitate transportation to Tseung Kwan O.
