Through our 9 months Store Trainee Manager Programme, trainees will be able to develop their leadership skills and retail operation knowledge through comprehensive on-the-job training, classroom training and coaching by Store Manager and Area Manager. After successfully completing the programme, you will be promoted to Assistant Store Manager.
The Job
- Handle daily store operations and provide good customer services
- Assist Store Manager in daily store operations, including cost control, stock management and people management
The Person
- Form 6 / DSE level or above
- Fresh Graduates with no working experiences are welcome
- Passion for retail, Good interpersonal skills with strong customer service mindset
- Good spoken of Cantonese, English and Mandarin, able to read Chinese and English
