IT Business Analyst - Project (1 year contract)

We are seeking a talented IT Business Analyst to join our team in a project role. As an IT Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in the successful delivery of IT projects. You will work closely with stakeholders from various departments to gather requirements, conduct analysis, and ensure that the project objectives are met. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, including vendors and solution suppliers, on both strategic and day-to-day activities to facilitate the implementation of IT solutions, ensure they meet company standards, and identify opportunities for process improvement.

The challenge is to:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for IT projects.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify areas of improvement and recommend solutions.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications for IT teams and vendors.
  • Work closely with developers, designers, and testers to ensure successful implementation of IT solutions.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination among team members, stakeholders, project managers, and vendors.
  • Collaborate with vendors on day-to-day activities, including issue resolution, status updates, and escalation management.
  • Ensure that the IT solutions delivered by vendors meet company standards, including security, performance, and usability.
  • Participate in project planning and provide input on timelines, resource requirements, and deliverables.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing and facilitate user training sessions.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively identify and address any risks or issues.
  • Ensure end-to-end project implementation, from requirements gathering to post-implementation support, in collaboration with vendors and solution suppliers.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to provide recommendations for process enhancements.

Do you have experience in IT project?

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with specific experience in project roles and end-to-end project implementation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, including vendors and external solution suppliers.
  • Solid understanding of software development methodologies and the software development life cycle (SDLC).
  • Proficient in requirement gathering techniques, process mapping, and documentation.
  • Experience with business process modeling tools and techniques.
  • Experience with integration of external system interfaces, Workflow implementation
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
