Ensure all produce packing and order picking are at correct set standard to meet customer satisfaction
Monitor the work processes of direct reports to achieve maximum productivity
Liaise with food safety team to ensure full compliance with regulatory standards
Enforces health and safety procedures to minimize risk to team members and company assets
Manage packaging for each process run to mitigate inconsistencies ensure quality checks are performed on finished items by relevant team members
Lead and monitor team member training and ensure all are aware of their obligations
Asist in compiling periodic reports in relation to departmental performance
Deputize for Senior Duty Manager Packing in absence ensuring continual smooth operation
The Person
Diploma or above preferable in food sciences or related disciplines
Min.5 years’ experience in managing fresh food packing production facility
Good knowledge of safety standards (ISO/ HACCP) requirements will be required
Self-motivated, independent and well-organized with good analytical skill
Good people management and communication skills in both written and spoken Chinese, English is an advantage
Hands on MS Excel / Word / PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing

Working hours: 22:00 - 06:45, 5.5 days work per week
