The challenge is to:
Deliver key tech projects and initiatives from definition to closure
Define project scope, goals, timeline and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with project sponsors and stakeholders
Submit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary. Monitor and track project expenditure within budgets
Develop full-scale project plans, related communication documents and keeping project documents complete and current
Conducts all project management activities/tasks to ensure schedule, benefit/cost, and quality goals are achieved
Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify and solve issues, identify potential risks and devise contingency plans
Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion
Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, monitors, track all requests, critical path deliverables, conflicts, dependencies, risks to mitigate impact to baseline and control outcomes to resolve issues, communicating across leadership
Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations to various audiences, including project team, sponsors, steering committee and key stakeholders
Ensure effective vendor management to meet stakeholder expectations for project delivery and service level agreements
Ensure compliance and audit trail
Monitor and report key performance metrics, project progress and budgets for management to understand performance and return on investments
Provide the budget and cost for projects, operational governance, planning budget and forecast, and post implementation review
Key Deliverables
Management of program or/and project plans, including high level plan, detailed plan, delivery approach
End-to-end project planning, execution, and review
Requirements traceability matrix and change request management
Stakeholder management
Do you have experience in Project Management
Degree from Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics related fields
Solid experience in project management, from planning, execution, operations to review. Be able to follow and enforce the project management practices
Excellent quantitative analysis skills, with creativity to solve complex problems
Strong collaboration skills and proven ability to work cross-functionally with diverse business units
Effective communicator, able to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise manner both verbally and in writing, comfortable in business and technical discussions as well as senior executive audiences
Strong work ethic and be able to proactively manage multiple projects. Drive execution and deliver results as a project manager
