Is this your next challenge in fresh food area?

The challenge is:

• Responsible for on-site/ In-process quality monitoring and recording
• Perform routine sampling, recording, checking of metal detectors
• Leading on calibration of equipment, handling complaint cases and preparation of reports
• Provide training and prepare training materials and guidelines to team members
• Main leader in food safety audit & Assist in implementation and monitoring of food safety system
• Assist in develop and maintain product specification; Ensure product labels are compliance with local and export countries' food regulations
• Other duties as assigned from time to time

Do you have experience in food production?

• Higher Diploma or above in Food Science or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in food production
• Knowledge in Food Hygiene Practice, Food Labelling Regulation and related regulation in Hong Kong & other countries
• Knowledge in HACCP, GMP, FSSC 22000 and BRC
• Good command of both written & spoken English

Other Information

• Working Hours: 7:00am to 4:00pm OR 9:00am to 5:45pm, 5.5 Days per week
• Work Location: Tseung Kwan O

Free shuttle service will be provided at Tuen Mun, Kwai Chung, Shatin, Wong Tai Sin, Kwun Tong, Causeway Bay, North Point and Aberdeen to facilitate transportation to Tseung Kwan O.
