The challenge is to:

• Overall IT Governance over the Finance IT systems with core focus on SAP FICO and integration with other systems
• Lead and manage the SAP FICO function, ensuring effective configuration, maintenance, and support for the finance end-to-end processes
• Business partner with the Group Finance function to provide solutions for business requirements
• Engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define project scope, deliverables, and timelines for full-cycle implementation projects.
• Manage end-to-end implementation of Finance projects, ensuring adherence to project methodologies, quality standards, and timelines.
• Perform configuration and customization of SAP FICO modules to meet business requirements and optimize financial processes.
• Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment with business objectives.
• Manage vendor relationships, including contract negotiations, performance evaluations, and issue resolution.

Is this your next challenge in SAP FICO?

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Project Management experience.
• Extensive experience in SAP FICO configuration and reporting, with a proven track record of delivering solutions for finance users.
• Strong understanding of financial and controlling processes, accounting principles, and reporting requirements.
• Experience in managing full-cycle SAP implementation projects, from requirements gathering to go-live and post-implementation support.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong vendor management skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with external vendors.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering innovative and effective solutions.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and empower team members.
