Head of P&C Technology will lead HRIS system initiatives and ongoing system management, with particular focus on our core HR information system – SAP Success Factor.  In this role, s/he will work closely with other HR stakeholders, IT teams, and/or external vendors to lead HRIS initiatives and ongoing support various HR systems.

Is this your next challenge in HRIS Transformation Projects?

The challenge is to:

  • Lead HRIS team to provide HR systems support, to facilitate HR systems enhancement, and to support HR transformation initiatives from both technical and user perspectives.  Engage IT teams and/or external vendor to address system issues and perform system enhancements
  • Lead HRIS implementation projects to ensure smooth transition from country HR system into SAP Success Factor through engagement with HR stakeholders and/or external vendors, identify process gaps and recommend change to processes and/or system configurations to fill the gaps
  • Improve the effectiveness and efficiency of HR information system and operations across all countries and banners by utilizing SAP Success Factor and other satellite systems
  • To work with different HR stakeholders to analyse and manage ongoing HRIS improvement initiatives, for e.g. to identify new system solutions fulfilling business needs
  • Collaborate with HR users, IT teams and external vendors on implementation of HR system initiatives (user requirements gathering, functional analysis, data conversion, user acceptance testing, and post implementation support, etc.)
  • Work with other departments and/or IT teams to design and maintain HR systems interface to downstream systems (e.g. payroll, accounting systems, etc.)
  • Work with team members and/or vendors to prepare for project documentation (functional and technical requirements, project plan and status report, etc.)
  • Work with respective HR stakeholders to identify training needs and requirements, develop training materials when required

Do you have experience in HR Technology?

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or relevant discipline, with at least 8 years’ relevant experience in HR Technology
  • Exposure to cloud-based HR technology implementations, ideally with strong experience in SAP Success Factor
  • Strong HRIS project management skills with track record in cross-country HRIS implementation
  • Experience in team and vendor management
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and external vendors through strong communication skills
  • Passion for learning and an obsession about figuring out how things work
