Identify potential business partners and build strategic partnerships in the Health sector to enhance competitiveness, expand market reach, and drive innovation.
Conduct thorough and in-depth market analyses to identify business opportunities and take part in evolving the business to stay relevant to customers' new expectations.
Support the formulation and pitching of sophisticated business cases to gain management buy-in and secure investment.
Manage and coordinate the entire business development process, from identifying potential partners to negotiating and closing deals focused on M&A, joint ventures, licensing agreements, or other types of partnerships.
Support the development and implementation of O2O and O+O strategies to leverage our store network and digital capability to optimize our offers and customer experience.
Work closely with various departments, including Digital Business, Professional Service, and Corporate Sales, to execute complex projects and ensure successful delivery of business initiatives.
Establish and foster external partnerships with affiliated companies, business partners, government departments, universities, and corporate customers.
Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and establish thought leadership.
Do you have experience in Strategy Planning?
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
At least 10 years of experience in business development, strategic planning, or related fields.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to develop and implement successful business strategies.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of the Health sector and emerging trends.
Keep up-to-date with industry news and market trends.
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Consistently meet or exceed business development targets.
Maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders.
Display a high level of professionalism and integrity at all times.
Have a forward-thinking, innovative, and disruptive mindset to challenge the current status quo and drive changes.
Be willing to travel as necessary to meet with partners and attend industry conferences.
