The challenge is to:

• Support and collaborate with various functions like Finance, Operations, and HR Teams on Workforce Planning and Budgeting processes.
• Work with internal team to develop target costs and budget models for multiple North Asia brands.
• Responsible for payroll integration logic and regularly maintain/ distribute labor hours & costs related reports across different brands & markets.
• Perform analysis and provide insights to ensure our labour & costs models can help businesses to optimize their labour resources usage and expenses.
• Assist management to conduct various workforce related projects to improve shop floor productivities and working environment for banners.

Do you have experience in cost analysis?

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/ Accounting / Statistics / HR / Industrial Engineering / Operations Management.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in costing/ financial / business analytics /labour modelling, retail industry experience will be an advantage.
• Experience in designing and developing reports for analysis to drive key business decisions and performance metrics.
• Good analytical & modelling skills with strong data sense.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge in BI Tools / SQL programming skill is preferable.
• Good team player with the flexibility to work effectively in cross functional teams.
• Basic program management and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-motivation and ability to work independently.
