Is this your next challenge in treasury?

The challenge is to:

• Prepare daily and monthly cashflow forecast to Group office
• Compare actual with forecast cashflow, manage and monitor daily cash position and funding requirement
• Daily monitor on cheque register logs and arrange cheque deposit to bank
• Download bank statements, monitor daily cash movement and manage corresponding bank book records
• Handle treasury related transactions including but not limited to inter-company fund transfer 
• Follow up on bank unreconciled items e.g. unknown deposit
• Assist on any ad hoc treasury responsibilities
• Participate in month-end closing, e.g. preparation of journals, account analysis and bank reconciliations
• Prepare schedules & journals for loan facilities/interest rate swap
• Timely and accurate preparation of monthly financial reporting and variance analysis
• Assist in continuous improvement of accounting process and procedures 
• Support the annual audit and year-end process, and other ad hoc projects as required

Do you have experience in accounting?

• University graduate with a degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in accounting, experience in treasury/payment sector is preferred. Fresh graduate is also welcome.
• Experience in HSBCnet and/or Treasury Management System (e.g. Reval) is a plus
• Experienced user of MS Excel and accounting software/ERP system, preferably SAP
• Good command of written and verbal English and Chinese 
• Proactiveness, ability to work independently with great attention to accuracy in detail
• Demonstrated ability to interact and communicate effectively at all levels
