Work closely with Product Technologists, Product Development Teams and Suppliers to collect data and run analysis to measure the effectiveness of 3-steps to quality program, suppliers’ performance and product performance
Surveillance management – monitor and measure on product and quality
Collect data and prepare reports for food / non-food teams to support the evaluation of suppliers' performance and product performance
Act as a central point for food / non-food technical information – collection, collation, and delivery
Work with RA Lead on regulatory impact analysis
Maintain the central documentation hub for food / non-food teams
Support complaint logging and re-direction of complaint program
Support reports preparation for other functions such as Ethical & Responsible Sourcing and Packaging
Do you have experience in quality program management?
University Degree in Food Science / Engineering / Manufacturing or other Analytical / Technical related subject
1-2 years relevant experience in Food / Health & Beauty / General Merchandise industry is preferred
Administrative experience in dealing with multiple streams and sources of data / reporting
Work experience in an office based or analytical role preferable
Analytical experience with the ability to review data and identify statistical trends
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT)
Ability and experience working in database suites
Demonstrated ability to work independently, communicate effectively, work under pressure, and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines
Problem solving skills and negotiating skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and be a team player
