Scheduling of screening, interviews and assessment in collaboration with Recruiter and inviting and confirming candidates using the ATS candidate database.
Responsibility for preparing all necessary paperwork for offer letter production and onboarding
Responsibility for supporting the interview and assessment logistics to include travel arrangements, catering and informing reception.
Providing a 'meet and greet' service to candidates where appropriate ensuring a positive experience.
Add value to your business area through awareness and understanding of recruitment events, university relationships, recruitment skills, trends and market knowledge.
Do you have experience in Recruitment?
University graduate with a degree preferably in business, management or any other related disciplines
Prior experience in a fast paced, client facing administration function ideally within the staffing industry or Corporate HR within a global organization
1 year of frontline, high volume recruitment experience, preferably in the retail, FMCG, manufacturing or logistics industry
Attention to details
Organized with multitasking and time management skills
Ability to perform under pressure to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
Experienced user in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
Fresh Graduate are also welcome
