WHY WE WILL LOVE YOU

  • You have minimum of 2 years of HR experience in Compensation and Benefits related position
  • You are conversant with Local Employment Ordinance
  • You have compensation & Benefits experience and knowledge
  • You have strong numerical sense and strong excel skills
  • You are proficient in MS Office applications including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and word processing
  • You have good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • You have profound interest of Human Resources and people with an analytical ability
  • You have proven Training in HR Management, Business Administration or equivalent

 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

  • Responsible for providing expertise and services in the outlining and implementation of Compensation and Benefits levels for managers and co-workers (e.g. salary proposal)
  • Translate global or DF Group guidelines into local Compensation & Benefit Frameworks
  • Continuously implement reporting and analytics to understand the true demand for support, benefits and services from co-workers and the business to improve the co-worker experience, decision making and competence flow
  • Constantly review current internal work processes to improve work efficiency
  • Proactively review company reward policy and processes, and recommend changes to secure continuous improvement in Compensation & Benefits
  • Ensure the country is in line with the mandated ways of working to secure quality, consistency and compliance to Employment Ordinance and company direction, in the execution of our Total Rewards policies and processes
  • Responsible for an efficient centralized people administration support for units including collaboration with Shared Service, social security, pension and other vendors
  • Support Reward & HR Operations Manager to deliver a staff cost budget which secure a diverse, appropriate staff structure and meets the defined business and productivity goals -an effective staff optimisation process
  • Support planning, coordination, administration and reporting of annual exercise (e.g. annual salary review)
  • Identify, evaluate and monitor actual and potential labour issues evolving internally or externally that could create significant risks for IKEA
