Is this your next challenge in finance leadership role?
The challenge is to:
- Lead a small team of finance professionals and oversee and manage all financial controlling and financial management activities
- Provide insightful analytics to support management decisions
- Monitor performance deviations and recommend rectification actions to ensure strong business performances
- Review financial models for business case evaluations and provide recommendations that are aligned with business objectives
- Support various stakeholders in matters relating to internal controls, policies and group reporting standards
- Ensure the timely production of accurate financial and management reports for group reporting
- Lead strategic finance projects and process improvement initiatives
- Recruit, develop and lead the finance team
Do you have experience in finance and accounting?
- Degree Educated in Finance, Accounting or related discipline
- CA / CPA / CIMA / ACCA qualified with over 10 years of relevant working experience
- An inspirational leader with an energetic and approachable style, able to recruit, motivate and development team members
- Strong problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to manage complex situations
- Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Experience with Retail or FMCG companies are preferred
- Knowledge of matrix organization
