Drive technology strategy and implementation: Lead the development and implementation of the company’s overall technology strategy, anticipating complex challenges and opportunities, while ensuring alignment and integration with the overall business strategy
Provide technology support for digital/ commerce and loyalty businesses: Working closely with Digital/ Ecommerce and Loyalty teams to provide the infrastructure and technology function they need to continuously innovate and improve performance
Identify and prioritize technology investments: Oversee the governance process that ensure the technology strategy and investments are aligned with the business strategy and are delivering high-impact business results
Ensure efficient and scalable technology function: Evaluate and assess DFI Retail Group’s relationships with external partners to maximize value. Also, assess enterprise cybersecurity and business continuity programs and ensure risk mitigation plans are in place
Build and lead the team: Build, develop and inspire a diverse, highly engaged team of 400+ FTE to drive sustainable and measurable business value and strong financial results for the company. Ensure a healthy team dynamic and positive environment so that people can bring their best selves to work
Do you have experience inTechnology Modernization and Digital Transformation?
Proven experience as a strategic, future-oriented technology leader, at scale and in a geographically diversified organization
Proven experience in leading complex digital and technology transformations, driving change, and modernizing the legacy technology stack and processes
Strong comprehension and passion for e-commerce, omnichannel business
Direct-to-consumer business experience (e.g. QSR, airline, retail banking, insurance, etc.)
Retail industry experience
Leading large technology teams and working in matrixed structure with multiple stakeholders
Relevant knowledge in key Asia markets
