Do you have experience in Customer Service?

• Minimum 3 years of customer service experience in retail/F&B/hospitality industry;
• Able to work independently and under pressure;
• Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills;
• Good command of both written and spoken English (Mandarin is a plus)
