Is this your next challenge in Talent Acquisition? 

  • Lead the successful fulfilment of open vacancies with relevant hiring managers and to be the first point of contact for their hiring needs
  • Work collaboratively with and provide direction, guidance, advice to the Senior Resourcing Officer and Resourcing Officer in our local resourcing team.
  • Assist in driving best practice across the recruitment lifecycle and strive to be an ambassador for the Dairy Farm brand at every interaction.
  • Communicating recruitment trends, market intelligence, and acting as a Talent Advisor to hiring managers.
  • Managing requisitions through accurate documentation of all recruitment related data and information as per current recruitment legislation and agreed process at all times.
  • Utilizing specialist market knowledge to assist with the development and on-going management of pre-qualified Talent Pools in collaboration with the recruitment officers.
  • Drive the end to end resourcing processes and identify any risk or compliance issues.
  • Assist the team in building and upholding the employer brand of the company and support in other assignments or projects
  • Plan and implement recruitment events to engage candidate market and promote employer branding

Do you have experience in volume hiring?

  • University graduate with a degree preferably in business, management or any other related disciplines
  • Prior experience in end-to-end recruitment within the staffing industry or Corporate HR, preferably with a global organization.
  • 4 years of frontline, high volume recruitment experience, preferably in the retail, FMCG, manufacturing or logistics industry
  • Successful experience managing multiple searches, and stakeholders, at different stages of the recruitment lifecycle at the same time.
  • Organized with multitasking and time management skills
  • Ability to perform under pressure to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills, ability to give presentation to business stakeholders.
  • Experienced user in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
