Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the e-shop to ensure services meet the SLA
Review standard operating procedures (SOPs) and propose improvement plans for operational efficiency and service quality enhancement
Monitor and coordinate with third-party warehouse and logistics partners to drive process improvements and streamline operations
Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) for management review
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) for system enhancement implementations.
Conduct regular audits to maintain data integrity and accuracy. Identify and resolve operational issues, escalating to management as necessary
Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned by the management
Do you have experience in E-commerce operations?
3+ years of experience in e-commerce operations
Expertise in logistics and fulfillment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint)
