Is this your next challenge in supply & demand planning?
Develop the demand plan with country and to roll up at group level to share with supplier the consolidated purchase plan with supplier through monthly drumbeat process
Set planning and forecasting parameters in the central planning and replenishment model to derive the country demand
Roll up demand volume to suppliers for volume console through the drumbeat process with country teams
Drive regional demand forecast for new produce launch and regional promotions
Ensure local markets have the local demand review process with multifunctional teams inputs and ensure most current market trends and intelligence is incorporated
Communicate with supplier on the ruthym process on the purchase plan and 12 month demand plan
Ensure capacity commitement from supplier and operation performance
Identify stock transferring opportunities cross country banners
Support small country ordering and regional transferrring
Esclation point to help country to solve any logisitcs / delivery issues with suppliers
Conduct strategic suppliers review and improve operation standard
Support own brand regional new product launch initiatives by ensuring stock and availability with country planning team
Identify stock allocation / clearance / transferring opportunities across countries
Support to liaise with local supply planning team for any regional critical issues
Do you have experience in supply & demand planning?
University graduate in a quantitative discipline preferred
Minimum 3-4 years of relevant work experience in planning, FMCG Supply Chain is preferred
Data sensitive and good analytical skills
Good communication skills and able to work independently
Excellent command of spoken and written English
Proficient in Excel
Candidate with more experience will be considered senior position
