People & Culture Business Partner Manager, Health & Beauty
Act as a trusted business partner, aligning our people strategy with the overall business strategy, proactively identifying and resolving any people-related issues, and ensuring consistent treatment of team members in accordance with our Values
Collaborate with Functional Leaders to develop organizational structures, establish talent pipelines, and create succession plans for critical roles
Supervise the frontline workforce, including labor budgeting, labor cost management, workforce composition, and addressing manpower gaps
Design mechanisms and initiatives to enhance motivation and recognition among team members, driving overall productivity and engagement levels
Develop and execute engagement events to foster internal engagement, promote our values, and support the implementation of cultural change programs
Collaborate with other HR teams internally to establish effective processes and practices for talent acquisition, development, rewards, engagement, and retention
Manager the annual performance and salary review process, and manage individual performance improvement cases
Handle disciplinary cases, grievances, and complaints, while identifying areas for improvement
Provide support for ad hoc projects and perform additional duties as required
Do you have experience in Business Partnering?
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field
Minimum of 6 years of extensive business partnering experience within a matrix organization
Demonstrated expertise in problem-solving, influencing, and stakeholder management
Exceptional articulation, agility, flexibility, and adaptability – adept at understanding the dynamics of individuals, balancing HR perspectives with business needs
Deep understanding of the HK Employment Ordinance and proficiency in HR best practices
Strong sense of responsibility with excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders across various levels and cultural backgrounds
Proficient in using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for effective data analysis and presentation
