Assistant Manager, People & Culture Business Partner, 7-Eleven
Handle employee relations matters including disputes, disciplinary matters, staff engagement and retention projects and activities
Support People & Culture annual exercises such as performance review, salary review, budget, engagement survey
Provide professional advice to internal clients on proper handling of staff cases and counseling
Provide supports to talent management
Drive process improvements and system enhancement initiatives
Communicate company policy updates & changes to internal clients
Prepare People & Culture data analytics and insights
Participate in ad-hoc projects as when required
Do you have experience in Business Partnering?
University degree in HR Management, Business Administration or related discipline
Minimum of 5 years' HR experience from FMCG or retail industry with 2 years at supervisory level
In depth knowledge in HK Employment Ordinance and HR best practices
Knowledge in using Kronos/ SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage
Proficient in using MS office especially Excel and Powerpoint
Strong sense of responsibility with good numerical skills and detail-minded
Presentable, independent with strong interpersonal skills
