GNC is the largest global specialty retailer of nutritional products, vitamin, mineral, herbal supplements, sports nutrition and diet products. GNC operates more than 6,000 retail outlets worldwide in over 50 international markets. We are looking for high caliber individuals for the following position.
Lead marketing function of GNC Hong Kong and Macau, covering end-to-end communication, brand marketing, trade marketing, creative design, store design, and CRM, partnering collaboratively with other business functions to achieve business long-term and short-term strategies and objectives
Act as the key business contact and coordination with GNC USA to contribute to the development of business strategy and policies formulation, exchange of information and best practices, ensuring compliance with global strategies
Develop short and long term plans and budgets for the marketing, communication, CRM program and marketing activities, monitor progress, assure adherence and evaluate performance
Act as think tank and creative marketing professional for the brand by formulating brand strategy and identifying market positioning of GNC
Lead new store formats and designs, and develop marketing plans to support execution, in tandem with store design, construction and project work professionals
Analyse market trends, competitions, and consumer needs to formulate innovative marketing and sales execution plans and initiatives, and manage the collection and analysis of consumer attitudes, activities and trends;
Manage agencies to formulate all the marketing and promotion campaigns
Utilize loyalty program and leverage new technology and processes to leverage the brand and serve timely and relevant content to support merchandise and customer needs, in partnership with digital and eCommerce teams
Coach and develop team members on brand management, campaign execution and marketing communication.
Do you have experience in Marketing?
Bachelor Degree holder in Marketing or related disciplines
5-8 years solid marketing experience, with a passion for FMCG, retail, health & beauty or cosmetic industry
A driver of change with a make-it-happen attitude, thriving through bringing others along through cross-functional collaboration, and not afraid to address and tackle difficult issues and conflicts
Independent, driven to deliver, and results-oriented, with an urgency to act and address issues
Creative, detail minded, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong interpersonal and people management skill: coachable and willing to coach
Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
