Is this your next challenges in Retail?

  • Collect, scrutinize, analyze and report sales data in order to evaluate monthly and annual sales goals, performances and forecasts
  • Assist management in developing and reviewing the budgets and sales rolling performance forecasts, and business result analysis on store and area level
  • Analyze business operations (manpower, store, product line, etc.) to determine profitability and to provide suggestions for business development and improvements. To facilitate better understanding of business performance through insightful analysis and proactive communication with Operations team
  • Research and evaluate economic, competitor, market, industry and customer growth trends and conditions for identifying existing and potential business opportunities
  • Track and predict seasonal demand and changes in consumer buying preference for driving business insights and improving operation efficiencies, as well as responsible for budgetary control and preparation of management reports
  • Collect and analysis of store costs and sales related data and to create standardized / customized and/or digitalized reports that analyze quantitative data to sales flows to future business needs forecasts
  • Lead and prepare weekly and monthly reports for business review

 

Do you have experience in Commercial Analyst?

  • Bachelor’s degree in math/ statistics/ accounting/ finance or business
  • Minimum 8-10 years’ working experience in retail operations and management preferably in FMCG industry, previous relevant analytical experience is desirable
  • Possess strong analytical minds, skills and business acumen, sensitive to the commercial market
  • Ability to apply intuitive logic to carry out analysis with good problem-solving skills
  • Strong leadership and inter-personal skills
  • Customer-oriented, mature, results-oriented and able to work independently
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office applications including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
