WHY WE WILL LOVE YOU

  • You have minimum 3 years of experience in E-commerce, multi-channel, Digital Marketing or similar
  • You have experience in making commercial decisions based on market and digital knowledge with positive influence
  • You have experience in digital range presentation techniques
  • You have previous experience working in eCommerce platforms, Hands-on or has a strong knowledge of product presentation, engaging online customers, managing conversion funnel.
  • You have experience working in an omnichannel/multichannel retail environment – commercial units preferred.
  • You understand how to engage with online customers, putting customer at the heart for everything we do
  • You have experience (or exposed to) working closely with CRM, good knowledge and track record of activating data via personalization in the digital space.
  • You are data-driven, ability to refine reports/dashboards to deduce actionable insights from data and put forward an action plan in a timely manner.

 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

  • Actively monitoring the revenue and profit for the assigned HFBs on eCommerce, take sales steering actions to optimize performance in a timely manner
  • Responsible for the Core Area’s HFBs on eCommerce – range presentation online, sales performance, GP, sales steering (product listing, recommendation, combination, product mix etc), product availability (OSA) and reporting such metrics to key stakeholders
  • Responsible for effectively administering range changes online including PIP, NAV adjustments and range related search & personalization settings
  • Proactively explore opportunities and better ways to engage with customers, be the key contributor to input possible eCommerce tactics/actions into the organization level customer engagement plan which translates into commercial results
  • Consistently leverage data (Customer, Transactional, Behavioural) to uncover opportunities to improve the eCommerce conversion funnel (especially upper funnel) performance. Work closely with Data team to co-create performance dashboards for internal and cross function stakeholders’ visibility.
  • Understanding how customers shop online for different HFBs, work with UX team to explore optimization measures to iron out identified kinks and close gaps along the customer purchase journey
  • Work closely with eCommerce Sales Manager to plan for tactical promotions, take lead in range selection and support in ROI simulation
  • Support eCommerce Sales Manager in the yearly budgeting process by projecting sales forecast and planning for growth initiatives
  • Work closely with related SO, store sales (based on core area) and Digital Content team to ensure the eCommerce range offer is optimal and complements other sales channels to deliver an omnichannel experience as ONE IKEA
  • Continuously monitor the market and competitors, identifying new range presentation techniques and features in order to translate them into commercially viable implementations

The function is responsible for driving IKEA North Asia’s Digital Transformation agenda, with the aim to future proof the IKEA North Asia business model via end-to-end digitalization across the customer journey, digital technology/solution adoption across business functions, enabling and equipping the organization to maximize data usage and potential.
