CRM Operations Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join CRM Operations team as a CRM Operations Executive.

The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up campaigns, messaging, offers and rewards to our customers, carrying out testing activities to ensure seamless end-to-end delivery.

This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong project management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in CRM operations, campaign execution, and customer communication.

Reporting into the Senior CRM Operations Manager and working with wider teams across yuu rewards and e-commerce business. You will ensure that the deliverables are implemented on time and accurately.

Is this your next challenge in CRM?

The challenge is to:

  • Timely and accurate execution of campaigns, messaging, offers and rewards, work with our martech stack including Salesforce Marketing Cloud for the implementation.
  • Ensure campaign creatives, copy and offer/rewards content is received and set up on time, campaigns are deployed in line with strategy.
  • Setup of tagging of campaigns, assist in data extraction for reporting.
  • Conduct testing before actual broadcast of campaigns, evaluate and document testing results.
  • Follow daily operation procedures and track multiple campaigns' progress.
  • Provide troubleshooting support.
  • Contribute towards delivery process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.  
  • Adhere to CRM governance.

Do you have experience in CRM?

  • University graduate in Digital Marketing, Technology, or related disciplines 
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in an CRM or campaign role within relevant industry experience
  • Experience in working with Salesforce would be beneficial.
  • Knowledge in GA4 is desirable.
  • Ability to plan and prioritize workload with strong project management skills.
  • Detail-oriented, self-starter, willing to learn new toolsets and a quick learner.
  • A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
