• Champion quality and collaboration: Meticulously review campaign setups, collaborate with diverse teams for UAT, and enhance the member experience within Hong Kong's biggest loyalty program. Your strong verbal and written Chinese will be crucial for seamless communication.
• Drive continuous improvement: Troubleshoot production issues with precision, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions to optimize our loyalty platform.
• Innovate with impactful projects: Contribute to exciting loyalty program initiatives like CDP campaigns, automated workflows, and personalized communications in both English and Chinese.

Do you have experience in Martech?

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical or digital marketing discipline
• Demonstrated diligence and attention to detail
• Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Fluent Chinese communication skills (written and verbal)
• Fresh Graduates welcome
• Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud an advantage
