Liaise with internal departments /logistics providers for shipment arrangement.
Perform general secretarial and clerical support to Buying Administration and Category Team
Provide ad hoc support not only limited to administration and other job related duties upon request.
Do you have experience in Clerical Support?
University graduated or HKCEE/DSE holder with 1-2 years of relevant experience
Proficient in MS Office, Excel and Chinese word processing
Responsible, well-organized and detail oriented
Good interpersonal skills and self-motivated.
Adapted to working in a fast-paced environment
Immediate available is highly preferred. Fresh Graduate will also be considered.
