Assist Operations Manager, Retail Support in project coordination and administrative support during whole project cycles.
Liaise and coordinate with different stakeholders, including team members in different departments and external service providers, to ensure projects are delivered in agreed timeline.
Assist Operations Manager, Retail Support to review current workflows and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
Prepare analytical reports and make recommendations for management review.
Prepare communication materials to facilitate effective communication of projects implementation within all levels of Operations team.
Lead and train up Retail Support Officer to handle assigned jobs.
Assist in ad hoc projects and other relevant duties assigned by Supervisor/ Director.
Do you have experience in retail support?
Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines
Minimum 5 years of retail management experience particularly in retail operations, with a leader or supervisory experience will be an advantage
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
Proficient in MS Office especially Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
Sounds in a logical and analytical mindset
Proactive with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
