Job Description
Is this your next challenge in retail management?
Generate sales by creating and ensuring the stores are presented in an easy to shop, logical, clean, attractive shopping environment, providing target customers with the highest retail standards.
Ensure layout reflect consumer demand and generate extra business by delivering and implementing effective and creative promotion which encourage customer into our stores.
Interpret and analyse sales information to maximise sales, profits, feedback recommendation to regional manager and buying team.
Closely monitor competitor activities, weekly store visits to ensure competitive advantage is maintained.
Ensure optimum use of space, appropriate level of stock on hand, allocation of stock within and across area to minimise out of stock and maximize sale.
Motivate, coach and lead the team to serve customers and achieve high performance in a proper manner.
Work together with peers and other levels on new product launches, work procedures improvement, people planning and any other projects helping stores to have a better environment for people retention and achieving sales targets.
Communicate effectively and connect with others to allow you and your team to accomplish goals and make progress.
Do you have experience in retail operations?
Report to the Regional Operations Manager
High Diploma or Degree Holder in Business Administration, Retail Management or related discipline
5 years or above working experience in retail operations or customer services in which 2 years’ at managerial level
Experience in sizable retail stores is a plus
A team player with can-do mindset
Sensitive to numbers, adaptable, easy going and cheerful
Proactive, fast learner, strive to help people and provide solutions
Strong people management, effective communication skill and problem-solving skill
Good computer skills on MS Word & Excel
Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese
